The description of the game
This game is a personal project I developed during my fifth semester at Collège de Maisonneuve. It is not tied to any academic or professional framework.
I got inspiration from arcade games.

The idea of the game
"Astro Dash" is an arcade survival game where the player pilots a spaceship through an infinite asteroid belt, dodging obstacles, collecting power-ups and facing increasing difficulty to score as many points as possible before defeat.

Role (s) in this project
In this game project, I managed the entire development on my own. I programmed the entire game and handled gameplay systems such as character movement, weapon switching, object interactions and level progression. I also designed the levels myself. I achieved this by integrating and sourcing most of the necessary elements and assets for the game. All the main ideas were created by me. Additionally, I started implementing console compatibility, but this part is not fully completed yet.
Software used
For this project, I used one main software: Unity.
I used Unity to implement the various assets I created, to program the game and to publish it online.
Programming language used
For the development of "Astro Dash," I primarily used the C# programming language.
